Hello, and welcome back to Poetry Wednesday 10/15/08. You can sign in today and take the tour thru Thursday, so take your time.
I’ll be your hostess again this week. My sister, Sans Souci, is on a break, putting together her own poetry book, but she will check in.

I’m going to start things off this week with some poetry by Langston Hughes. I was doing some research about him, and discovered that he was very influenced by jazz and that jazz musicians were very influenced by him. I hope you enjoy the post.

WOW, good colorful furniture, some lovely cats and a cat…just my kinda place. I am going to use a poem i wrote a couple of days ago for another group and for a picture provided (btw, I know I have a fact wrong on this so dont judge me too harshly..just see what you think of the poem). I dont have a muse whispering another poem in my ear, so I am going to go double duty on this one..hope nobody minds.
